REDEEM Holey-Sparger Flow Reactor

Overview:

The Holey Sparger Reactor is a flow reactor that uses a perforated sparger to introduce gas into a liquid phase by generating small bubbles, increasing gas–liquid interfacial area and improving mass transfer. Unlike passive mixing reactors, the reactor allows precise control over gas introduction rate and bubble size through sparger design, enabling safer and more reproducible handling of reactive gases such as H₂, O₂, and CO.
