  • The Micro Reactor is a flow reactor engineered for laminar mixing and ultrashort, tightly controlled residence times. Its narrow, turning channel architecture generates intense local mixing while maintaining plug or slug flow conditions, minimizing back-mixing and ensuring every fluid element experiences the same reaction history. See-Through Reactor

  • The See-Through Reactor is a photochemical flow reactor illuminated from both sides to improve light distribution and significantly enhance photochemical reaction rates. It allows you to adjust the thickness of the illuminated thin film to tune light penetration, making it suitable for both small-scale screening and preparative-scale photochemical production.

Coated Reactor

  • The Coated Reactor is a Thin Film Reactor that features an interior surface coated with finely dispersed catalyst powder of your chosen composition (see our catalysts or use your own) to increase catalytic activity and accelerate reactions. Coating can be applied to either the metallic back plate or the glass window face (if present) of the reaction chamber, allowing flexibility in catalyst placement and illumination geometry. The window can be coated and used in any other Redeem Flow Reactor.

Holey Sparger Reactor

  • The Holey Sparger Reactor is a flow reactor that uses a perforated sparger to introduce gas into a liquid phase by generating small bubbles, increasing gas–liquid interfacial area and improving mass transfer. Unlike passive mixing reactors, the reactor allows precise control over gas introduction rate and bubble size through sparger design, enabling safer and more reproducible handling of reactive gases such as H₂, O₂, and CO.
